Are you feeling festive yet? With Christmas just around the corner, I’ve been super busy in the kitchen preparing lots of delicious treats! šŸŖ

These tasty, fruit and nut balls can be made in two different flavours and make awesome festive nibbles for sharing with family and friends!

These quick and easy-to-make treats always go down well in our house, and I hope you’ll love them too!

Festive Fruit and Nut Balls
Yields 30
Delicious festive vegan treats made from Medjool dates and nuts!

Cranberry, Walnut and Ginger Balls
  1. 150g Medjool Dates
  2. 80g Walnuts
  3. 60g Dried Cranberries
  4. 1/4 Tsp Ground Ginger
Pecan Vanilla Balls
  1. 150g Medjool Dates
  2. 40g Pecans
  3. 40g Cashews
  4. 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Bean Extract
For the Cranberry, Walnut and Ginger Balls
  1. Blend the walnuts in a food processor until finely chopped.
  2. Next add in the dried cranberries, dates and ground ginger and process until combined.
  3. Make the mixture into balls and enjoy!
For the Pecan Vanilla Balls
  1. Blend the pecans and cashews in a food processor until finely chopped.
  2. Next add in the dates and vanilla extract and process until combined.
  3. Make into balls and enjoy!
Notes
  1. Each recipe makes 15-20 balls, depending on their size. Store in an air tight container and enjoy within a week. šŸ™‚
